Hiring a Mobile Charcuterie Cart: What to Expect
Thinking about a charcuterie cart for your Temecula party? What our staffed cart includes, how guests build their plates, and what it costs.

A grazing table sits still. Our charcuterie cart is something different: a bit of theater at your party, with one of our team behind it building plates as your guests come by.

What’s on the Cart
The cart carries 18 flavors and textures, so there’s something for every guest: five cheeses, three meats, Mrs G’s Hot Pepper Jelly, fresh and dried fruit, pickled items, artisanal crackers, nuts and chocolate.

Everything is laid out in trays, so plates come together quickly.
How It Works
We bring the cart to your event and take care of delivery, setup and breakdown. For two hours, a member of our team serves from it, building each plate so guests can mingle, chat and come back for more. Palm leaf plates and napkins are included.

Built to order, one plate at a time.
Where It Works Best
The cart suits birthdays, bridal showers, corporate events, wedding cocktail hours and any party where people move around rather than sit for a long meal. Tell us about your space when you get in touch, and we’ll make sure the cart fits.

Pricing and Travel
The cart has a 60-guest minimum and starts at $1,500 for 60 guests, plus $25 for each additional guest. It’s based in Old Town Temecula, and we travel as far as San Diego.
Tell us your date, venue and guest count, and we’ll confirm availability.
