Flat-lay or Multi-level Grazing Table? What's Included and What It Costs
How our wedding grazing tables work in Temecula: flat-lay vs. multi-level, what every table includes, starting prices, wood boards and travel.

A grazing table is the part of cocktail hour guests remember: beautiful enough to photograph, abundant enough to feed a crowd, and designed to become part of the celebration rather than sit off to the side. If you’re weighing one for your wedding, here is how ours work, what’s included, and what drives the price.
Two Styles: Flat-lay and Multi-level
Flat-lay: Beautifully Abundant, Effortlessly Elegant
Our flat-lay presentation is our most popular style. An abundant spread is arranged across one generous display, so guests can gather and graze easily. It suits cocktail hours, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal celebrations and receptions.
| Guests | Flat-lay, Starting At |
|---|---|
| Up to 60 | $990 |
| Up to 75 | $1,340 |
| 76 to 100 | $1,650 |
| 101 to 125 | $1,980 |
| 126 to 150 | $2,475 |
The up-to-60 price covers the charcuterie itself, two of our Boujee Boards. For more than 150 guests, ask us for a quote.
Multi-level: The Showstopper
For couples who want something beyond a traditional flat lay, a multi-level table turns charcuterie into a true installation: varying heights, layers, serving pieces and dimensional styling, designed to be a focal point of the room.

Height and layers turn the table into a statement piece.
How it’s priced. A multi-level table is the flat-lay price for your guest count, plus $500 for the styling that creates the height and layers: a $200 styling fee and a $300 refundable deposit, returned when the styling pieces come back to us. The risers, runners, lamps, faux greenery and flowers are all included in the styling fee as rentals.
Starting prices are based on guest count and our signature grazing menu. Final pricing can vary with menu selections, dietary accommodations, venue requirements and enhancements.
What Every Table Includes
The details matter, so every table arrives styled and ready for guests:
- Premium cheeses and artisan cured meats
- Seasonal fresh fruit and accompaniments
- Food-safe disposable grazing boards
- Bamboo tongs, mini serving spoons and wooden cheese knives
- Additional serving utensils as needed
- Styling and presentation on site
Make It Yours
A few add-ons let the table match your wedding:
- Bamboo boats and natural napkins, $1 per guest (in groups of 10). Guests build their own small plate of charcuterie while they mingle. Serving sandwiches too? We switch to larger palm leaf plates and napkins at $1.50 per guest.
- Greenery, fresh or faux. Priced by the size and style of the table. You can also coordinate with your florist for one cohesive look.
- Wood boards instead of disposable. $50 per board, plus a $150 refundable security deposit per board, returned when the boards come back in their original condition.
- Same-night pack-up. We can stay through cocktail hour and pack up ($75 an hour, usually 1.5 hours), or come back at the end of service to clear the display, which costs the same as your delivery and setup fee. Either way, the wood-board deposit isn’t needed.
Dietary accommodations, specialty selections, extra styling, florals and rentals are also available on request.
Not Everyone Wants to Gather at a Table
Cocktail hour is about mingling, and some couples prefer food that moves with their guests. Single-serve options carry the same ingredients in a portable presentation:
- Charcuterie cones and cups. Perfectly portioned, easy to carry, and hands-free with a drink. See our charcuterie cones.
- Charcuterie boats. Small, shareable servings for each guest.
- Our charcuterie cart. An interactive station that guests visit, styled for outdoor and garden weddings. Learn more about hiring the cart.

Single-serve boats keep guests moving and mingling.

The cart brings the grazing to your guests.
Travel and Service
Grazing table prices don’t include delivery and setup. A grazing table isn’t a drop-off: our team stays to build the table, unwrap the boards and set out the serving pieces. Delivery and setup starts at $75 for venues within 5 miles of our Old Town Temecula kitchen and increases with distance. Venues more than 35 miles away get a custom quote.
For wedding cocktail hours, an 18% service charge covers venue coordination and paperwork such as certificates of insurance. It isn’t a gratuity.
How Booking Works
- Tell us your date, venue and guest count. We’ll send an estimate by email, usually within 24 hours.
- Choose your style and add-ons. Flat-lay or multi-level, boards, greenery and pack-up.
- Secure the date. A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date, and final details are due 10 days before the wedding.
No two celebrations are alike, and your grazing table shouldn’t be either. It’s where guests gather, mingle, take photos, and where a lot of memories begin.
