Ordering & Pickup

How Do I Order?

Order online: choose your boards, then pickup or delivery, and pay by card at checkout.

Browse Our Boards

How Much Notice Do You Need?

Order by 5 PM for next-day pickup. Walk-in and same-day orders are not available.

How Far Ahead Can I Order?

Up to 180 days ahead. Weddings and events can be booked up to a year ahead.

What Time Can I Pick Up?

Pickup is from 11 AM during our pickup hours. We aren't able to offer after-hours pickup.

What If I Can't Make My Pickup?

Made-to-order, perishable products that aren't picked up aren't eligible for a refund or a complimentary remake.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

48 hours or more before pickup or delivery: a Grazing Theory credit valid for six months (non-transferable, no cash value, subject to availability and current pricing, expires six months from issue). Less than 48 hours: non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

Can I Take a Board Home in My Car?

Yes. Every board is tightly wrapped and fits on a car seat.

Can I Make Substitutions or Custom Requests?

We're happy to handle our menu options and standard changes; gluten-free crackers can be added to any order. Established menu options and standard modifications are fine. Significant off-menu requests, unusual customization, specialty ingredients, custom shapes or designs and other non-standard requests need Gina's approval and custom pricing.

Do You Offer Halal or Kosher?

Grazing Theory does not offer certified halal or kosher catering.

Where Does My Tip Go?

A Little Love for Our Grazing Gals!

Every beautiful board is thoughtfully created by our talented Grazing Gals!

100% of gratuities added to your order go directly to our Grazing Gals, the hardworking hands behind every delicious creation.

Your generosity is always appreciated, but never expected. Thank you for supporting the team that makes the Grazing Theory magic happen!

How Can I Pay?

All major credit cards. A 4% service fee is added to online orders to cover card processing; it is shown before you pay. We don't charge sales tax. Weddings and events booked by invoice are paid through Square.

Do You Cater Weddings and Large Events?

Yes. Tell us about your date, venue and guest count and we will send a quote. A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves an event date. The balance is due 10 days before the event; an event that isn't paid in full by then is cancelled for non-payment. An 18% service charge applies to wedding cocktail hours, public and private workshops, and special events (for example, catering a golf tournament; it's on the custom invoice). It supports the planning and administrative work behind them (venue coordination, certificates of insurance, communication, sourcing, customization, production planning). It is not a gratuity. Simple setups (for example a lunch or a getting-ready delivery) and website orders don't have it. Travel/delivery, setup, strike, onsite staffing, rentals and other physical, event-specific services are separate charges.

Delivery

Do You Deliver?

Yes. Deliveries arrive between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, priced by the road distance from our kitchen (partial miles round up): up to 5 miles: $25; 6 to 10 miles: $40; 11 to 15 miles: $55; 16 to 20 miles: $70; 21 to 25 miles: $85; 26 to 30 miles: $100; 31 to 35 miles: $115. Farther than 35 miles, we deliver at a time you choose, priced by the drive (see below).

See Delivery Areas

Can You Deliver at a Specific Time?

Yes, with Priority Delivery, any time from 8 AM to 7 PM: it's your regular delivery fee plus $25. Over 35 miles, up to 70, it's priced by the drive ($1 a mile plus $0.75 a minute, there and back, in typical traffic for your day and time) plus $50. Checkout shows the exact price.

Can You Deliver a Gift to Someone Else?

Gift deliveries are welcome. The purchaser gives the recipient's name, delivery address and a valid phone number, and confirms the recipient will be available. We text the recipient when the delivery is on its way. Once delivered in the scheduled window, Grazing Theory is no longer responsible for the order. If the recipient tells our driver not to deliver because they're unavailable, the order returns to our kitchen and becomes pickup-only during regular business hours.

What If No One's There When You Deliver?

If no one answers when our driver arrives, we call and wait up to 5 minutes. If we still can't hand the order over, it comes back to our kitchen to keep the food safe, and you can pick it up there during business hours.

Can I Get a Refund on Event or Workshop Tickets?

Event and workshop tickets aren't refundable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to send a friend in your place: just let us know their name.

Events and Tickets

Can You Set Up My Boards at an Event?

Yes. Setup is included in special-event delivery. You can add fresh greenery, and we have risers and wood boards to make your display a showstopper.

Wood Boards, Stands & Deposits

How Do Wood Board and Stand Deposits Work?

Some boards and display stands are rented and include a refundable deposit, shown on each item before you order. Bring them back to our kitchen within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we refund the deposit (the 4% card fee isn't refunded). If they aren't returned, they're yours to keep and the deposit isn't refunded.

What Do Rentals Cost?

For example: the black walnut board on the Boujee Board includes a $50 rental and a $150 deposit; the Board for 20 wood board a $20 rental and a $30 deposit; cone display stands a $10 rental and a $30 deposit each; risers with table runners a $45 rental, a $50 styling fee and a $125 deposit.

Can You Collect Them From Me?

Yes, in Temecula and Murrieta: add porch pickup ($30) to your order and we'll collect boards, stands and risers from your porch.

Food & Allergies

Do You Cater for Vegetarians and Vegans?

Yes. Many boards have vegetarian or vegan options; let us know your needs at checkout.

How Do You Handle Allergies?

We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences and allergy requests whenever possible. Please include any dietary requirements or food allergies in the form at checkout. Our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. While we take care when preparing your order, our products are prepared in a shared kitchen and we cannot guarantee against allergen cross-contact.

How Long Will My Board Last?

Storage notes are on each product page. Boards are best enjoyed the day you receive them.

Can I Put My Board in the Fridge?

Yes.
