With Brie, our automated wedding assistant. About 5 minutes.
We recommend based on your guest count, whether the grazing is for cocktail hour or replacing a meal, what other food is served and how long it's out. That's why I ask about all of those.
Our wedding grazing is built for cocktail hour. If it's meant to replace a meal, it needs more food and a custom recommendation, so I'll pass that to Gina.
Earlier is always better, and you can book up to a year out. We need at least 3 days' notice; anything shorter goes to Gina.
Serving tongs, spoons and wooden knives come with grazing tables. Bamboo boats and natural napkins are $1 per guest.
Yes, when the service needs it. The cart is always attended, and we can stay through cocktail hour to look after the table and pack up ($75 an hour, usually 1.5 hours).
We coordinate the look through produce, herbs, greenery and styling. Specialty florals, signage or exact-color decor depend on availability and may be quoted separately.
Often yes, but food safety comes first. Shade, temperature and timing matter: outside, food is out 1 to 2 hours, and extreme heat or direct sun may need changes.
We can accommodate many dietary requests, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment or zero cross-contact. Severe allergies go to Gina before booking.
All of our cheeses are pasteurized.
Let us know as soon as you can. Your final guaranteed guest count is due 10 days before the event, with the balance. You can lower it by up to 20% from the count you booked (the minimum billed is 80% of it), and a lower count doesn't automatically change your package or tier. Increases after that deadline depend on availability and are paid before the event.
Yes. We deliver and style the setup; travel is priced by distance from our Old Town Temecula shop. We arrive 45 minutes to an hour before service.
We don't do tastings, but you're welcome to order a board from our website to try.
Setup includes the agreed styling and serveware. If you rent our wood boards, we can stay and pack up the same night, which waives the board deposit.
Yes: rehearsal dinner grazing, welcome parties and day-after brunch. For late night, a grazing table or our candy table (Gina quotes the candy table).
The 50% retainer is non-refundable, and the balance is due 10 days before the event: an event that isn't paid in full by then is cancelled for non-payment. Cancelling 31 or more days before the event: anything paid beyond the retainer may be refunded, less expenses we can't recover. 11 to 30 days before: anything paid beyond the retainer becomes a Grazing Theory credit valid for six months (non-transferable, no cash value). 10 days or less: all payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability; your retainer may move to the new date, at current pricing.
Yes. We're a licensed and insured caterer, permitted through Riverside County Environmental Health, and we can send your venue a certificate of insurance.
We don't discount our food, but we can always suggest a smaller amount or a different style to fit your plans.
Absolutely. For anything the planner doesn't cover (a custom menu, more than 150 guests, a special request), choose "I'd rather talk to Gina" and she'll put together a quote for you.
Picking up the morning of is always best. If you need it the day before, that works too: the boards are shrink-wrapped, and we can wrap the crackers separately so they stay crisp (the Social Board already has its crackers on the side). Keep it in the fridge overnight.
Yes! The boards are shrink-wrapped, so they travel well, and we can wrap the crackers separately so they don't soak up moisture from the meats and cheeses. Keep it cool on the way.
